Commercial Sponsorship for 68th Annual Meeting of the LSRT
The following options are available for sponsorship/ Commercial Exhibits at this event only:
1. Sponsorship of the Printed Programs for LSRT’s Event.
- Total cost for 2026: $500 – This option is exclusive and can only be selected once for this event.
- his sponsorship, you will receive:
➢ Name/Ad/Logo on the Program in full color (1/3 – 1/2 page typical)
➢ Mention on the Event FB page and the Main FB page
➢ Mention at the Awards Luncheon
2. Commercial Exhibit/ Vendor Booth.
- Total cost: $500 for all event access (For Profit), $350 for all event access (Not for Profit/Academic)
- For this selection, you will receive:
➢ Access for 2 min.- 4 max Company Representatives; location for set-up in secondary corridor for entire event
➢ Name/Logo on the Program in full color (Size depends on spacing available)
➢ Name/Logo on the Event FB page and the Main LSRT FB page
➢ Mention at the Awards Luncheon
3. 2026 Event Student Competitions Sponsorship.
- Total cost: $2000 to sponsor all Student Competitions- Scientific Essay and Scientific Exhibit Participation Certificates and Awards, as well as Quiz Bowl Event and Awards
- This option is exclusive and can only be selected once for this event.
- For this sponsorship, you will receive:
➢ Access for 2 min.- 4 max Company Representatives; Prime location for set-up in Main Corridor for entire event
➢ Name/Logo on all Student Participation and Award Certificates and Awards
➢ Mention during the welcome at the Event program, Quiz Bowl Competition
➢ Opportunity to speak directly to the students during the Quiz Bowl Competition- Thursday, July 10th from 1- 4 pm (This is in addition to the regular booth hours allowed above.)
➢ Mention at the Awards Luncheon allowed up to 2 company representatives to come to the stage to assist in presenting the awards to Quiz Bowl Team Winners and Essay and Exhibit Winners
➢ Name/Ad on the Program in full color (Size depends on spacing available)
➢ Mention on the Event FB page and the Main FB page
➢ All photos to be posted and shared on the social media page
4. Awards Luncheon Sponsorship.
- Total cost: $2000 to sponsor the Awards Luncheon for the 2026 Program for attendants on Saturday, July 11th, from 11:15 am – until-This option is exclusive and can only be selected once for this event.
- For this sponsorship, you will receive:
➢ Access for 2 min.- 4 max Company Representatives; Prime location for set-up in Main Corridor for entire event
➢ Name/Logo on the Program for the Awards Luncheon
➢ Logo also printed on large signage posted at the entrance to the event as Event Food/Drink Sponsor.
➢ Tent Cards and Logos on Display for all tables.
➢ The Company Representative was invited to the event stage to say a few words following the Induction of Officers – Ceremony and welcoming everyone in attendance to join the reception at that time.
➢ Name/Logo on the Program in full color (1/3 page in size)
➢ Mention on the Event FB page and the Main FB page
➢ All photos to be posted and shared on social media pages

event. LSRT agrees to provide the items listed in your Sponsorship/Exhibitor selection(s), at a minimum, as presented. This agreement also acknowledges that attendees participate at their own
risk. LSRT will not be held responsible for any issues arising from participation or attendance at this event. Vendors are solely responsible for any items set up or left in their designated space
at any time. LSRT assumes no liability for these items.
